Implementation description

• New model for tasks
• Admin can create, edit and delete tasks
• Changes made to tasks schema include: removing DTOs -> now only Task, removing task status and assignee from model
• Tasks are filtered by required or optional (option for custom)
• Queries for task include by ID, type and recurrence frequency
• Added delete prop to CommonTable.tsx
